Elder Evershade is near the portal to return Stormwind. Fly to the Sanctuary of Malorne and speak with Elder Windsong. Fly to Everlook in Winterspring and find Stonespire the Elder. Travel to the Moonglade then go turn in your quest. Travel to the Stormrage Barrow Dens. Use your green rocket clusters in the rocket launchers and target Omen Minions.
Eventually, you will get Omen to spawn. You only need to be some-what near him when he goes down. Turn in the quest when complete. It will cost you 5 Coins of Ancestry for each quest…which you should have already. Starweave the Elder is nearby. Fly to Darnassus. Bladeswift the Elder is in the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus. Fly to Dolanaar in Teldrassil and speak with Bladeleaf the Elder. Fly to Astranaar in Ashenvale and speak with Riversong the Elder. Fly to Forest Song then make your way to Azshara.
Skygleam the Elder can be found at the Ravencrest Monument on the far southeastern tip of land. Fly to Ratchet in the Barrens and find Windtotem the Elder.
Note that she is NOT inside the instances. She is inside the sub-zone. Go to the Speedbarge and speak with Morningdew the Elder. Travel to Gadgetzan in Tanaris and talk to Dreamseer the Elder. Travel to the northwest corner of the zone, the Crystal Vale, where you will find Primestone the Elder.
You have now recieved all the possible coins from the Elders in Azeroth. This achievement should now be complete! Do you feel older now? Then go turn in to a Lunar Festival Harbinger to turn in. Find Darkhorn the Elder too near the flight master. Gather enough Coins of Ancestry and the Cenarion Circle will open their stores of celebratory garb, fireworks, trinkets, and recipes! The Cenarion Circle has good cause to celebrate, for the Lunar Festival marks the return of many Ancients that fell in battles past: Goldrinn, Malorne, Aviana, and Cenarius himself.
The great wolf Omen was once a hero of this world. An embodiment of strength and fortune, Omen fought beside the heroes of the War of the Ancients until he succumbed to demonic magics. Turning against his allies, he raged across Azeroth, leaving death and terror in his wake. Omen was finally defeated in Moonglade, and he now sleeps among the silt of Lake Elune'ara. But each year, at the beginning of the festival, he stirs The celebration begins with an introductory quest, The Lunar Festival.
The Cenarion Circle has invited all denizens of Azeroth to take part in the celebration of the Lunar Festival.
You can learn more about the event by meeting with the Lunar Festival Harbinger. It's a good time to travel Azeroth, see the sights, and pay your respects to the various Elders. Visiting an Elder will reward reputation with select capital cities, a Coin of Ancestry, some experience and gold, and a Lucky Red Envelope. You'll be tasked with visiting various moonwells around Azeroth to charge her staff. Upon completion of the quest, you'll earn 25 Coins of Ancestry which you can use to purchase one of four floral crowns only wearable during Lunar Festival from Valadar Starsong.
Once you've purchased a crown, a new quest will become available allowing you to earn a new version of the crown. This new crown is then added to your transmog appearances once the quest is complete allowing you to wear this crown year-round.
